YourCause Reports 62% Growth in 2015 Volunteer Hours Logged Within Platform

YourCause LLC, provider of CSRconnect Employee Engagement Platform, saw a 62% growth in the total hours volunteered to non-profit organizations logged within CSRconnect from 2014 to 2015. The 8.5 million hours – an increase from 5.2 million hours volunteered in 2014 – is a direct result of over 1.4 million unique users logging volunteer hours, which also represents a 48% increase in total individuals volunteering during the same period. On average, employees engaging in volunteer efforts grew their volunteer hours by nearly 10%, resulting in 6.04 hours volunteered per individual.

In 2015, corporations increased their attention for engaging employees in volunteer opportunities by elevating various program financial incentives, on average, by 15%. Over the course of the year, such volunteer enticements as the YourCause volunteer grants and proprietary CauseCard program incentives, resulted in more than $8.2 million in additional donations delivered to 106,220 qualified non-profit organizations.

From the ongoing growth of the platform, and more specifically within each key business area, the Performance Review makes publicly available the company’s increases within each area.
