YourCause’s Client Growth Triggers the Addition of Odessa Jenkins to the Leadership Team

YourCause LLC, provider of CSRconnect Employee Engagement Platform, is excited to announce the addition of Odessa Jenkins as the director of client services. The Director of Client Services will be responsible for providing existing clients with enhanced support, as well as, ongoing guidance to all new licensed clients. As the company continues to grow by more than 60% annually, the addition of Jenkins to the Management Team will be key to efficiently and effectively delivering CSRconnect and its respective services.

YourCause Account Management and Client Services teams follow a personal support model, one that seeks to inspire a partnership between the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) administrator of each client and the respective YourCause supporting employees. This model encourages building comradery and relationships, which results in a unified investment into the success of each client’s CSR program and ultimately the nonprofit community. With ongoing client growth, YourCause remains eager to invest in growing and strengthening this area of the organization.

Odessa Jenkins comes to YourCause with over 9 years of strategic and operational excellence in the area of account management and client services, serving notable companies such as, Express Scripts and Wells Fargo. At both organizations Jenkins played a key leadership role in developing and improving operational processes, project management tactics, team performance, and building strong client relationships.
