CSRconnect’s Volunteer Manager provides comprehensive and configurable features to manage and encourage participation in volunteer programs best fit for each client. Each user has a personal volunteer dashboard within their individual profile and has all the tools to fully engage, track hours (on/off clock), monitor progress and interactively search for events.

  • Event Management Tools – Event coordinators are provided with the tools they need to effectively and efficiently manage events. Some key team management tools include: custom event type/category, event capacity and waitlists, shifts and activities, t-shirt tracking, draft mode, participant search, team hour logging, default participation hours, event privacy, and more.
  • Skills Based Volunteering – The skills-based tool allows for a user to create a skills profile from 200+ skills taxonomy, 20+ high-level job categories and rank talents according to their strength level (weak to excellent). Once they have identified their skills, opportunities are matched to their talents and displayed with their personal volunteer dashboard.
  • Event Search Database – Clients can choose to have the event search default to the user’s zip code or search for opportunities manually. User’s can filter their search by event type, location and skill and view those events via listing, map, or calendar of events. Clients can also choose to have events populated by company admins, general users, charity partners, and/or external feeds.
