YourCause LLC, an industry leader in employee and nonprofit philanthropic solutions, surpassed milestones of $1.3 billion dollars and 23 million hours in employee and corporate giving and volunteering, respectively, through its CSRconnect Employee Engagement Platform. In 2016 alone, the YourCause Corporate Citizen Network impacted over 116,000 charities, with accomplishments that include providing more than 2.5 million meals to those suffering from hunger through a metropolitan food bank; giving over 15,000 families clean drinking water through an international NGO; and providing more than 2,673 children with cleft pallet surgeries to help them live a more normal life.

The YourCause Global Good Network grew 160% from 2015 to May 2017, welcoming such corporate leaders as HCA, United Airlines, J. Crew, Harman, The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America®, Eastern Bank, and many more. YourCause attributes its rapid client growth and expanded global impact to its continued dedication to product and program innovation, best-in-class customer service, and the flexibility of the CSRconnect platform to support corporate philanthropic programs of varying scope and complexity.

“YourCause is a user-friendly platform, and our partnership has been great from the start,” said Bill Egan, Senior Manager Community Affairs Engagement at United Airlines. “Their team was honest and upfront with us throughout the sales process, and they continue to work with us to maximize employee contributions. YourCause charges a flat rate, allowing support to go directly to the intended charities, rather than taking a percentage of each donation.”

Employee engagement platforms are no longer just a “nice to have.” The changing workforce has made these types of programs and the technology that supports them an expectation. In 2016, YourCause launched new products that provided program managers with tools to better communicate initiatives, recognize employees, and drive engagement through incentive management. Additionally, YourCause clients benefited from the industry’s lowest credit card fee, ongoing commitment to not taking a percentage of donations and grants transacted through our platform, and a customer service team with a 100% satisfaction rating from their clients.

“The growth of employee giving, volunteering, and sustainability programs has allowed us to build a client community with a unique dedication to helping each other advance their programs as a whole,” said Dustin Joost, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at YourCause. “We’ve found great success by listening to our clients, being transparent about our capabilities, and partnering to deliver innovation to a collective network of organizations who are committed to maximizing their generosity and social impact. YourCause now supports an expanded global footprint that serves more than 4.5 million employees across over 160 countries.”
