CSRworks 2019: The New, The Tried and The True
As we head into our ninth CSRworks, our employees and clients begin to feel they have learned the ropes on how we do things around here at YourCause. Because of this, and our recent addition to the Blackbaud family, we thought what’s more ‘YourCause’ than switching it up and throwing the biggest Industry Summit yet!
Next week, we will be loading up our crew and heading down to Austin, Texas to host clients, partners, and industry thought-leaders at a fun-filled and collaborative two-day networking experience. With record numbers of registrants from some of the biggest names and brands in corporate citizenship, along with keynote speakers toting over 25 years of social engagement experience in industries including tech, architecture, capital management, and more, attendees can expect to learn, share, and take home more valuable insight into our fast-changing industry than ever before.
We may be bringing a lot of new things to CSRworks 2019 this year, but as always, we like to have a lot of fun! You can count on the ultimate Rock-Paper-Scissors Challenge led by Odessa Jenkins, VP of Client Services, plenty of opportunities to talk shop and get to know other professionals working throughout your industry, and of course, capping-off Day 1 with a YourCause party. Since Austin is the live music capital (and just the capital!) of Texas, we have a special treat planned at our reception. You won’t want to miss out on the added Austin flair, delicious local cuisine, and guaranteed great time with the Global Good Network!
At YourCause, we have always felt progress is made through discussion and the cumulative creation of ideas. That’s why we are flushing the format on Day 2 and bringing out some of our heaviest hitters to answer the tough questions approaching our industry. Conducted and facilitated by some of the most influential social responsibility professionals, our Thought Leadership Panels will analyze how far engagement has come, the industry’s current state, and the endless possibilities of where CSR could take us in the future.
Another exciting change for CSRworks 2019 is our expanded selection of experience tracks. This year, attendees are provided the option of attending a Regular or an Accelerated Strategic curriculum, addressing advancements and leveraging tools in year-round giving, volunteering, employee engagement, and more at the speed and experience level most comfortable to them.
CSRworks only a week away, but we still want to keep some of our biggest surprises a secret. Get a preview into our agenda, some of the great speakers and topics that will be covered, and where we will be hosting our event here. But to learn the rest, you’ll just have to meet us in Austin! We can’t wait for y’all to get down here to kick-off our biggest industry summit yet.
